How do Takeoff and Autopilot differ?
In server capacity: Takeoff with at least 2 vCPUs and 4 GB RAM, Autopilot with at least 4 vCPUs and 8 GB RAM. Storage (80 GB SSD) and traffic (20 TB) are the same.
Is there an annual price?
For Autopilot, yes: €745.20 net per year instead of €69 net per month.
Where is my Odoo data stored?
In data centers within the European Union, provided by a subcontractor. The details are set out in the hosting terms.
Is support included in hosting?
No. You book support via a service plan or as a separate order.
